My client based in the UK, over 100 years old, is an international company that specialises in services related to building management systems (Controls for Building Management, Heating and Ventilation) and building management and room automation sector. It has depots in 4 locations in the UK.
This job is field based and you will
Visit clients to do planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of building controls e.g. HVAC, BMS,
Advise on any faults or replacement parts required,
Provide excellent customer service and technical skills,
Complete site reports,
Improve efficiency and energy saving wherever possible.
Requirements:
Candidates should hold a recognised electrical qualification - (posiadanie uprawnień SEP - E do 1kV),
Qualification Electrical Engineering or a Building Services related field (: elektryk, automatyk),
Good knowledge of control systems e.g. HVAC/refrigeration systems/BMS,
Fault finding on Control circuits, automation stations, controllers,
Undertake maintenance or repairs to mechanical & electrical systems,
Mechanical building systems maintenance regimes,
Experience of panel wiring and electrical installation,
Good English skills,
Driving licence.
Salary : £25,000 - £35,000 GBP per year gross dependent on experience. Basic 10,000-15,000 PLN Brutto Miesieczny
Working Hours : 37 hours per week
