EXPOENERGY is a leading event in the country for presenting innovative technologies and products in the sphere of energy generating and utilization.
The exhibition thematically integrates companies working in the fields of power engineering and new energy sources, heating, air-conditioning, ventilation, gas installations and electric engineering.
For the specialized exhibition audience - investors, architects, company owners, engineers and other interested professionals, EXPOENERGY is a precondition to establish useful partnerships and assimilate new practices for energy optimisation of business projects, building installations and work environment aiming at stability of production costs.
The last edition was participated by 124 direct exhibitors from 11 countries among which ABB Bulgaria, Robert Bocsh - Junkers Тhermotechnik division, Daikin Airconditioning Central Europe - Austria, Install Engineering, Klima In Group, Meta Modul, Coves, Tempa Systems BG, System Air, ALP - Italy, NASA - D, Apex Solar, Elprom Trafo CH and many others. This proves the high level of the exhibition and its importance not only for Bulgaria but for the Balkan region as a whole.
It is expected the exhibition to keep its nature in 2009 and companies working in the fields of heating, ventilation an air conditioning to take part as well as the number of participants presenting integrated projects for use of power saving measures and new power sources to increase.
The growing potential of this kind of activity is based on the implemented national policy of Bulgaria as a member of the European Union to produce 20% of the total generated electrical power from renewable power sources. These goals demand long-term plan for action comprising investments as well as real assessment of the natural resources condition and the impact upon the environment.
The programme of EXPOENERGY includes the international energy conference THE ENERGY CROSSROADS OF THE BLACK SEA REGION AND SOUTH EASTERN EUROPE whose subject every year is oriented to new and current issues of the power sector development.
