Carrier Transicold Europe recently won the Silver TopCom 2009 Award for the “You Carry, We Care” communications campaign. The contest was organized by leading French communications magazine L’Expression Magazine. An independent jury of communications professionals evaluated the link between Carrier’s strategy and communications plan and the efficiency of communication tools.

“You Carry, We Care” is a registered slogan that expresses Carrier Transicold’s commitment to help transport companies maintain the cold chain. It applies to Carrier’s refrigeration units as well as the aftermarket service network. Since its introduction in 2008, the campaign has sent a consistent message that Carrier understands customer needs and that Carrier is there to support them. The message has been delivered thanks to five images that correspond to key moments during road transportation when the cold chain is difficult to maintain.
Throughout 2009, Carrier continues to deliver this promise by offering relevant solutions through new products and services that are designed to improve the productivity of Carrier customers.
