Opis stanowiska:■Develop the business in the polish market – at the moment the company have a small presence on the polish market but are keen to grow their market share.
■Main target clients : End users (Window Manufacturers), Architects, Housing Authorities, Recruit and manage distributors throughout Poland for example Gdansk, Krakow etc.
■New client Acquisition ( increase Sales in Poland) and develop long term relationships
■Research the Market and identify potenial clients
■Keep up date with Market Developments and analyse the competitors in the market
■Work from a home office but travel extensively throughtout Poland to grow the business
■Fluent English - will report to the UK
■Knowledge of Market is advantageous – Passive Ventilation systems
■Looking for mature, reliable, sales orientated individual who can motivate themselves and work alone from home office with limited supervision
■Preferably someone who has worked in a stand alone role and is interested in building something up from scratch.
■Good business acumen – can prepare competitive price offers, but understands costs of running the business, profit, margins etc
■Positive CAN DO ATTITUDE and flexibility in terms of tasks and responsibilities
